He gained widespread recognition for his role in the film Habibie & Ainun 3, where he replaced Reza Rahadian as the young Habibie. Elang made his debut as a lead actor through the film Srimulat: Hil yang Mustahal - Babak Pertama, directed by Fajar Nugros. In the film, Elang played the role of Basuki, one of the members of the Srimulat comedy group. From this film, he received widespread recognition and critical acclaim from the public and critics.
