Biography

Haluk Levent Öktem was born in Izmir in 1955. After graduating from Ankara State Conservatory, he started working as an actor at the Istanbul State Theatre in 1979. He taught acting at Istanbul University State Conservatory in 1980-1981 and Bilsak Theatre in 1992-1994.
